Application:

The electronic film H-211 is designed for circuit board production self-developed by Lucky Huaguang. It is suitable for Helium Neon laser or red laser plotter with light sources of 630~670nm.

Main Performance Features：

With the miniaturization and refinement of electronic components, high-quality electronic film needs to be able to restore narrower thin lines and finer images, which are mainly manifested as clearer and sharper line edges, precise line widths and to keep the generation of black spots, sand holes and scratches to a minimum. Relying on years of experience in electronic film production, Huaguang Electronic Film H-211 continuously innovates formulas and production processes, optimizes control methods of black spots, sand holes, and scratches, and provides system solutions for electronic components miniaturization and refined film manufacturing. The supporting processing liquid can give full play to the performance advantages of H-211.

Exposure：

Exposure is determined by photoplotter characteristics and developing processing conditions. The best exposure must be based on different types of photoplotters through different exposure tests to obtain. Simultaneously the development time and the temperature also have a great influence on the quality of the image. Therefore, adjusting the exposure of photoplotter as well as fine-tuning the developing temperature and time appropriately can ensure high quality images obtained under the specific exposure conditions.

The electronic film H-211 can easily obtain high quality image under the conditions of weak exposure and strong developing.

H-211 should be washed as soon as possible after exposure.

Processing：

Huaguang chemicals HG-681/881 are recommended, other similar developing chemicals like Kechang、Keyi、Kodak are also available.

Developing condition are recommended as follows :( The developing time and temperature can be appropriately adjusted according to the maximum density requirement)

The best drying temperature of the film is 40 ~ 50 ℃. It will appear problems such as bottom ash density increase and size change when the temperature more than 50 ℃.

Note: Use circulating deionized water when washing to avoid the film turning yellow after long placed if it does not wash completely.

Unpacking and Safe light：

The film should be unpacked and handled in complete darkness or under dark green light. The film should not less than 1.5 meters from the safelight and avoid direct light. Be careful when operating in order to prevent film damaged from friction, folding, oil and fingerprint, etc.

Storage：

Store the film in a cool and dry place. Storage temperature is lower than 20°C and RH less than 65%.

Too warm or too humid will shorten the film’s shelf life and increase the film’s shrinkage rate.

Avoid erosion by radioactive or other harmful substances.

Guarantee Period：

18 months
